DECCO Welcomes Sen. Marco Rubio

On Thursday, January 21, DECCO hosted Florida senator and Presidential candidate Marco Rubio at its corporate headquarters in Brookline, NH. Sen. Rubio recently commented in a debate that "The World Needs Less Philosophers and More Welders." That quote is captured on an over-sized banner that hangs in our shop. Sen. Rubio toured our offices and shop, interacted with several DECCO employees and spoke to a large group with the banner as a backdrop. He touched on several issues currently facing the candidates for president but also spoke directly on the value of vocational training and workforce development. It was a great honor to host a United States Senator, and, although we don’t endorse any candidate directly, we are pretty sure his message resonated with the audience we provided.
